Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) is coming up, and weโd love to see more members and parents get involved! This year, weโre introducing new general committee roles that focus on specific areas of the club to help reduce the time commitment for volunteers.
We are now proud to be the second largest netball club in the region but we cannot sustain operations with such a small committee. We need more parents involved to keep the club running smoothly and ensure its continued growth. We especially need parents from younger age groups to step up, your support is vital to ensure we have a strong succession plan for the future of our club.
All executive roles will be vacated in line with the requirements of our by-laws and are available for nomination.
We are seeking a new Treasurer to oversee and manage the clubโs finances. This role would suit someone with a bookkeeping background and experience of XERO accounting.
New & Updated General Committee Roles These roles are designed to be manageable and flexible. Each plays a key part in keeping our club running smoothly:
Of course, you can join the committee as a
General Committee Member too!
All coaches, team members and parents are encouraged to attend the AGM to gain insight into how the club runs and explore ways to contribute.
To support this, training times on the 30th May will be adjusted as follows:Ready to help? Nominate yourself by 16th May via this form: https://form.jotform.com/treasurerosbornenc/committee-nomination-formItโs a great way to give back, meet people, and support the success of our players and club.
